We clean, bevel, and dry-fit every joint. For repairs, we fully assess damage and remove weakened material so the new weld bonds perfectly.
Using German-made Leister® and Wegener® equipment, we apply exact temperature and pressure. The base material and welding rod melt together into one solid piece.
Welds cool under constant pressure. We then perform spark testing, dye-penetrant checks, or hydrostatic pressure tests to guarantee zero leaks.
Excess material is trimmed, fittings are sealed, and your tank is delivered or installed on-site. Tucson-area delivery and crane service are available.
