Need lightweight, durable plastic parts without the huge expense of injection molding? Our Tucson vacuum forming service delivers high-quality thermoformed components with rapid lead times and surprisingly low tooling costs.
From retail displays that grab attention to rugged industrial enclosures that protect expensive equipment, vacuum forming solves problems across industries. Local companies choose us because we understand Arizona’s unique climate and logistics needs.
Our process creates strong, lightweight parts that resist heat, impact, and UV, perfect for the desert Southwest.
Crystal-clear domes, shelf trays, and branded stands that boost sales.
Protective shrouds, control panel covers, and material handling trays.
Interior trim panels, device enclosures, and sterile trays.
3D letters, light boxes, and custom wall features.
We’ve fine-tuned the thermoforming process over years so you get perfect parts every time with minimal hassle.
Send us your 3D file or sketch. We create an affordable mold (often in 1–3 days) using wood, composite, or temperature-resistant tooling.
Your chosen plastic sheet is clamped and heated in our computer-controlled ovens until perfectly pliable.
The hot sheet is lowered over the mold, a vacuum pulls it tight into every detail, and then cooling fans lock the shape in seconds.
5-axis CNC routers trim flash, drill holes, and add assembly features. Final inspection guarantees zero defects.
